ABOUT ME

I graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 2018. My career has taken me to the island of Hawai'i, Wyoming, Florida and now I put roots down in Nevada.Clients describe my sessions as both intuitive, deeply therapeutic, and profoundly relaxing. I believe that is because my work is rooted in how the nervous system is a central character in how we experience discomfort, recovery, and overall health.My goal is not simply to address symptoms, but to create an environment where your body can shift into a parasympathetic state.My embodiment lies in regularly receiving bodywork, practicing yoga and weight lifting, studying shadow work, alchemy, nutrition, anatomy, herbalism, meditation, and psychology. I enjoy dancing, a multitude of creative outlets, and having fun with my community.
